The main objective of the project is to develop a modern educational platform supporting young people in choosing a career in the technical industry.
In addition, the intermediate goals include:
- Analysis and diagnosis of key competence gaps among young people learning in VET systems.
- Development of educational content for non-formal education, taking into account the requirements of the metal industry market.
- Development of professional competences and educational mobility of VET teachers and career counselors.
- Promoting dual education and strengthening cooperation between schools and entrepreneurs.
